6:50-7:30 - Hot topic: What are developmental services core competencies, how do we find them, and why should we care? (Applies to anyone, including PSWs)
7:30-7:50- Open Q and A about ISW work, starting up as an ISW/respite worker, or just hearing about what people are doing in their work and what’s going well that others might be interested in.

2) How do we find mentors to support us?

Taxes. Just that word creates a lot of emotion, maybe even a feeling of anxiety. Join us in this webinar to hear from Lyle Saunders (https://www.linkedin.com/in/lyle-saunders-707729115/?originalSubdomain=ca ) who will talk about the important tax considerations in this work. This will be more of a webinar than community of practice meeting.

This month we will hear from Fenna Green a local business owner in the developmental services field and also on the leadership team for the ISWN. She will be going over contracts, marketing, working with families, and more.
